How do I open, close and lock my container storage?
Open the door
Grab the handle on the right door and pull the handle towards you.
The lock and associated keys are inside your container storage.
Close the door
Close the right door by pulling the handle back until it locks
Lock the storage unit
Pull down the locking bolt.
Insert the bolt from below into the lock cover in the middle of the door.
Push the bolt up until it is firmly seated and locks the door.

How do I gain access?
Once you’ve made your booking, you will receive an email with instructions. The phone number you provided during booking will be registered as an approved number to open the gate. When you call the gate, it will open.
Your storage unit is equipped with a padlock and code, which is unique, just like the code you will receive for the gate. Your number and code will be valid from the date stated in the confirmation.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay via direct debit or credit card.

How do I book a storage unit?
Simply follow the link to book your storage unit. You can choose the size and gain access as early as the next day, provided there are available units.
Can I change the size of my storage unit?
You are welcome to change the size of your storage unit, both to a larger or smaller one. It is also possible to rent multiple units. If units are available, you can downsize with the same notice period as for cancellation, and you can upgrade or add units immediately with access the next day.
What are your opening hours?
All of our facilities are open from 06 AM to 10 PM.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance coverage is mandatory for all customers. The insurance we offer is specifically designed for storage and covers everything that could happen during the rental period. Your insurance coverage must match the total value of the stored items. You can always adjust your insurance coverage if needed. The insurance is ongoing with no fixed contract term.
Coverage up to £3,700: £9.18/month
Coverage up to £7,400: £14.73/month

Is Henriksson Storage secure?
For your peace of mind, all our facilities are equipped with fences, security gates, and CCTV surveillance. All visits are logged, and we take any violations very seriously.
Are the facilities staffed?
No, but they are monitored by CCTV 24/7, and we have generous phone hours during office time if you need assistance on-site.
