We're building Europe's largest drive-up self-storage network. We're now looking for someone who can run and grow our six facilities in Skåne as if they were their own business.
About the role
You'll take full responsibility for our Skåne facilities — Malmö, Landskrona, Ängelholm, Eslöv, Kristianstad and Skurup. You'll set the operating routines, act as the on-site team's line manager, and own both occupancy and customer satisfaction across the region.
What you'll be doing
Build and lead a local operations team. Set routines for opening, cleaning, inspections and new lettings. Track KPIs every week. Be the person customers and staff call when something needs sorting out.
Who you are
You've led teams before — in operations, retail or logistics, ideally. You're pragmatic and would rather sort things out on-site than send an email. You hold a driving licence and enjoy moving between facilities.
